The creation of art can help us explore social and emotional wellness and connect us to the world around us. An example of activities will include practices for supporting our emotional health & wellbeing through yoga, movement, meditation and fostering mindfulness; learning the art of fostering positive body images and how to treat our bodies with respect; an introduction to nutrition and the art of food preparation; outdoor activities and exploring nature; and exploring creativity through painting, drawing, clay and more!

Open to ages 6-15.
