Description

Get ready for giggles and imagination with Ty-Rone Travis’ puppet performance! This engaging show brings characters to life in the most playful way. After the performance, kids will create their own paper hand puppets, giving them a chance to become puppeteers themselves and keep the storytelling going at home.

Ty-Rone has been entertaining kids and their families for over 40 years in family and educational venues all across America. He is a professional ventriloquist, comedian, puppeteer, music producer, and puppet builder all rolled into one. His mission each time he steps on stage is to bring the audience something so needed in our society: laughter and clean fun. With the help of his zany puppets, he delivers an enjoyable experience your audience will always remember.

Registration is not required, but appreciated for planning purposes.

Creative Arts for Bower Kids, CAB Kids, is a program that invites youth and families to explore creativity together through free art activities, Family Art Days, and community events in a fun, inclusive space.

This performance is supported by a Virginia Touring Grant from the Virginia Commission for the Arts.
