Discover Mosaics Workshop

Have you ever wondered if mosaic art is for you? This welcoming workshop is designed as an easy first step into the world of mosaics. You'll experiment with glass, color, texture, and composition while learning the foundational techniques needed to complete a simple mosaic project.

Think of it as a creative sampler—a chance to slow down, work with your hands, and experience the satisfaction of creating something one piece at a time. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to explore. If you've been looking for a place to begin, this is it.


INSTRUCTOR BIO:

Peggy is an artist and educator with a love of mosaics, mixed media, painting, and creative exploration. She creates welcoming, hands-on learning experiences that encourage adults to experiment with materials, develop new skills, and discover their own creative voice. Her teaching emphasizes curiosity, process, and learning to notice the relationships between color, shape, texture, rhythm, and form. Peggy believes creativity isn’t reserved for people who already think of themselves as artists—it grows through making, noticing, experimenting, and beginning.


CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 1 week or more in advance of the class date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the class will not be refunded.

Students will have the option to transfer registration to another class in place of receiving a refund.

Special consideration will be given to cancellations due to health-related issues and family emergencies.

There wIll be no refunds or discounts given for missed classes.
