Join us for a festive two-day workshop where you'll create your own handmade ceramic ornaments! Led by Kim Clarke, this hands-on class will guide you through the process of designing, crafting, and glazing unique holiday decorations.
Over the course of two days, you'll learn:
· Clay preparation and hand-building techniques
· Design principles for creating eye-catching ornaments
· Glazing methods to add vibrant colors and textures
Whether you're a beginner or have some pottery experience, Kim's enthusiastic teaching style will inspire your creativity and help you make memorable gifts or keepsakes for your own home.
This class is hosted on October 15 and October 22 with a break week in between.

The registration fee includes access to clay, tools and a variety of glazes as well as kiln use for all projects made during the workshop.
INSTRUCTOR BIO:
Kim Clarke grew up in Los Angeles where she attended art classes at Barnsdall Art Center Hollywood and the Pasadena Asian Museum as a child. She studied ceramics at Glendale College, Los Angeles City College and Moorpark College and has been working on her craft for over 30 years. Pulling from her imagination Kim has developed a unique style of whimsical figures showing influences from Maurice Sendak & Lewis Carroll’s Alice in Wonderland. Her works reside in galleries and private collections all over the world in including France and Australia.
