SUMMARY:Season of Gratitude: Music Imagery Workshop
DESCRIPTION:Join Krystine Smith of Peak Music and Wellness to deeply connect with gratitude for self\, others\, and the world around us with this music imagery workshop. You will be invited to explore your imagination through guided imagery meditations facilitated with music and processed through mandala creation. You do not need to be musical to participate in or enjoy this workshop! All materials will be provided.Ages 16+\nInstructor Bio:Krystine Smith\, MA\, MT-BC\, FAMI\, RYT is a Board-Certified Music Therapist licensed in the state of Virginia\, a Fellow by the Association for Music and Imagery\, Registered Yoga Teacher (500-hr)\, and owner of Peak Music and Wellness\, LLC. Krystine is a Virginia-native\, life-long musician\, lover of nature\, and Marine Corps Veteran. She offers music therapy\, yoga\, and community wellness groups through her practice Peak Music and Wellness.\nCANCELLATION POLICYCancellations made 1 week or more in advance of the class date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the class will not be refunded.Students will have the option to transfer registration to another class in place of receiving a refund.Special consideration will be given to cancellations due to health-related issues and family emergencies.If you plan miss a session of class\, please inform your instructor\, or email our Program Coordinator\, Anna M.
