Adaptive Ceramics

Description

This inclusive ceramics class is thoughtfully designed to provide a supportive and engaging environment for students with diverse learning needs. We'll focus on foundational hand-building techniques, creative expression, and sensory exploration using clay. Our small class size and tailored instruction ensure that every student can discover the joy of working with clay at their own pace. All students with special needs are welcome.

Wednesdays, October 15 - December 3 (skipping November 24) from 4:30pm - 6pm

INSTRUCTOR BIO:

Olivia learned a love for the art of ceramics here at the Bower Center and has fallen in love. She has recently built a home studio where she shares her love for ceramics with her two youngest children. Olivia is also a psychologist specializing in ADHD and Autism and a mom of four kiddos with special needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Cancellations made 1 week or more in advance of the class date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the class will not be refunded.
  • Students will have the option to transfer registration to another class in place of receiving a refund.
  • Special consideration will be given to cancellations due to health-related issues and family emergencies.

  • There will be no refunds or discounts given for missed classes.
