To best receive the balancing energy of the tones that promote gratitude, happiness and vitality, participants are encouraged to sit or lie down. Please bring a yoga mat, small pillow and light covering for your comfort. Walk-ins are welcome!

Meet Your Instructor: Mary Ann Walker 

Initially searching for her own healing, Mary Ann Walker has become a multifaceted Wellbeing Practitioner. All the approaches she offers have been utilized in her own healing journey. Since 1997 Mary Ann has been offering her healing skills and talents to those seeking wellbeing, with Sound Healing becoming a part of that in 2002. 

Her training and certifications include Yoga, Reiki, Massage Therapy, Breathwork and Hypnosis. She has been a teacher, trainer and group facilitator, for a variety of wellness activities, including meditation, personal growth and firewalking. She is always open to find and learn approaches that can enhance both her life and yours. Her life mission is to provide the tools, opportunity and space for each individual to discover, believe in and express their own magnificence.
