Creative Coping: Using Art To Relax (Evening Class)
Monday, February 12, 2024 (6:00 PM - 7:30 PM) (EST)
Description
We will explore ways to doodle, layer, paint, collage our way through feelings and find relaxation. This will be an exploratory class, and will ultimately use discarded books as a journal to release and explore. Each week a method will be introduced, and students will explore the method through first exercising the method, then using it in the journal. The first day will prepare our book for this journey. Outside work on this as a daily project will be encouraged.
All materials provided by instructor.
