This is a 6 week class
Adult clay hand building, ages 16+, is for those with some pottery experience looking to explore more complex forms. 

Students will develop skills in the three primary processes for hand building, utilizing one or a combination of methods. Three-dimensional form will be achieved through methods of pinching, coiling, or slab building. Students will receive guidance and individualized instruction to accomplish projects of their own design. 

This is an intermediate class. Emphasis will be on growing already developed hand building skills as well occasional use the wheel to create or add to projects.

 All materials are provided in this six-week class, including individual instruction, a 25 lb. bag of clay, all tools, glazing, and kiln firings. Class size minimum of 4, limited to 6 participants to guarantee individual instruction.

Cancellation Policy:

· Cancellations made 1 week or more in advance of the class date will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made within 3 - 6 days will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours to the class will not be refunded.

o Students will have the option to transfer registration to another class in place of receiving a refund.

o Special consideration will be given to cancellations due to health-related issues and family emergencies.

o There will be no refunds or discounts given for missed classes.
