Show off your costume and getting moving with Kathy Graham at the Bower Center! Join yoga instructor and author Kathy Graham at the Bower Center for a FREE community Halloween event! All ages are welcome to attend and are invited to dress up. Kathy will lead participants in spooky yoga appropriate for all ages and abilities. Following the instruction, Kathy will have her new book “Spooky Yoga” available for purchase!
