Slow Flow Yoga meets students where they are.
Slow Flow Yoga moves slowly and mindfully - allowing students to move safely into each pose. Props are available to aid the student, including chairs and the wall, and modifications are offered to help with accessibility. Each class begins with Breathwork, and ends with Savasana, final relaxation.
Practicing yoga can help you gain more awareness of your body, cultivating strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness.
This is a great place for beginners, and those returning to their practice.
$10 drop in fee is paid to the instructor upon arrival.
