So excited to host Sarah Holbrook for a relaxing Gong Yoga class with an extended Svasana, followed by a Sound Bath meditative concert. 

A Sound Bath allows participants to completely relax and let go and receive a realignment to their energetic bodies. Crystal singing bowls and gongs are used to produce these powerful sounds and vibrations. 

This offering is suitable for all-levels of yoga experience. Bring your yoga mats, and blanket. We have mats and blankets at Bower Center for the Arts if needed. Class size is limited.
